A few days ago, I fully committed myself to living a healthier lifestyle. I signed up for a new gym membership and have been going every day since. Next door to the gym is a juice bar. I stopped in yesterday to try one of the fresh juices on their menu and found it to be delicious, but kind of pricey – definitely not something I would want to make a habit of purchasing daily. Don't Complain, Use Your Brain

I realized some time ago that complaining is a complete waste of time. The time spent complaining about what you don’t have or what’s not going right could be better spent learning ways to fix your problems and improve your circumstances. Unfortunately, there’s a lot of people that desire more for their lives, but can’t seem to obtain it because they lack accountability, focus, and discipline. The hard truth is, reaching your goals and getting to the next level won’t happen by doing what you’ve always done.
